I further agree that:

1. I will abide by all rules, regulations, policies, and instructions of ALMAS Hospital and ALMAS International Centre for Skill Excellence (AICSE) during the period of internship/training. 
2. I understand that I am joining as an external trainee/intern and shall not represent the hospital or institution in any manner. 
3. I shall maintain professional discipline, ethical conduct, patient confidentiality, and cordial behaviour with doctors, supervisors, instructors, staff members, patients, and fellow trainees. 
4. I will complete all assigned duties, departmental activities, reports, and evaluations as instructed by the hospital authorities. 
5. I will pay the prescribed internship/training fee before commencement of training. 
6. I understand that violation of hospital rules or misconduct may result in suspension or termination of internship/training without prior notice. 
7. I understand that issuance of internship/training certificate shall be subject to satisfactory completion of training requirements and submission of all required reports/documents.
